The Association has a Governing Board with four (4) Non Executive Members and six (6) Executive Members.


Interim Non Executive Members

Alfred Essah (Member)

Alfred Essah a is product of the graduate school of Business and Management of the Tallinn University of Technology.

Ali Adams (Member)

Ali brings to the role many years of experience having resided in the EU region and Estonia for a considerable number of years.

Wilson Otchie (Member)
Wilson is a PhD researcher at the Centre for Educational Technology at the University of Tartu, Estonia. He has a post graduate diploma from the University of California as well as an MPhil., in educational innovations and leadership science from the kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Executive Members

Andrew SAI (President)

Andrew has a PhD in Management. Andrew also holds a CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from UK. He is a lecturer, researcher and analyst. Andrew currently works for Luminor Group Bank as Senior ICT Risk Officer. Read more about him here

Seth AMOFAH (Vice President)

Seth is a PhD candidate and researcher at the Tallinn University in Estonia. He is a product of the Eesti Kunstiakadeemia where he obtained a masters degree in urban studies. He currently works as head researcher for the West African Development Project of the Tallinn University in Estonia. Read more about him here

Emmanuel ATTU (General Secretary)

Emmanuel obtained a masters degree in innovation and technology management, economics and business administration from the Tartu University. He currently works for Veriff in Estonia. Read more about Emmanuel here

Emmanuel MARTEY (Financial Secretary)

Emmanuel has a masters degree in business administration with a focus on international business, trade and tax law, from the graduate school of Tallinn University of Technology. He has worked in several capacities in the past. He is the founder of Smart Africa Concepts. Read more about Emmanuel here

Barbara Nyampong (Coordinator for Welfare & Social Responsibilities)

Barbara is a product of the graduate school of Tallinn University of Technology, where she obtained a masters degree in business administration with a focus on international business, trade and tax law as well as HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany.
